My wife had sent a pair of earphones, a sweatshirt and a box of sweets through DTDC Courier from Delhi to Bangalore.
When the box was received, only sweatshirt was there, rest of the things were missing. DTDC has even put thieves and thugs to shame. No action has been taken till now. Talk of a national courier service.
