A courier company which should be barred from doing business in India, this is why
- There is no centralized customer support you just have to bang your head from one door to the other, this becomes very bad as they have a franchise model of business so actually a customer cant do anything other than regretting.(as in my case the package shows delivered on 4th November but today is 17th November and I still havent received the package and nothing I can do about it)
Tried email support, calling their regional support numbers given on the website but its of no help.
They are slow as hell, if you choose their Premium Service too which promises next business day delivery but delivers it or rather updates falsely the package being delivered whereas the package isnt traceable by the branch so concerned for delivery.
Their feedback form also never works so theres actually no hope.
Would have liked to give the ratings as nil for customer service but MS doesnt allow it.
