I booked a courier at their Dwarka branch to be delivered to the next town on 8th January 2017& the same wasn’t traceable till 14th January.
After sending them several complaints(which went unacknowledged)& several phone calls to their offices. They marked the courier delivered on their website without actually delivering it.
Finally we had to go to their office near delivery address& collected in person.
They don’t care customers& importance of their documents.
Internet is full of numerous unanswered complaints.
Beware of this cheating company.
