Suppose you have to send an urgent courier to someone and then because of poor courier service the same delivered late. What you feel at that time? It was an urgent need for me to send some important documents to someone. I approached to DTDC for this. They said don’t worry we will delivered it before time. But it never happened. They delivered it late by 2 days. Because of that I missed an important career opportunity.
Customer service:
Very poor service. Their staff are not behaving well. They don’t even care about the situation of customer. Very disappointed.
