I requested my parents to send ORIGINAL Certificates for some application process thru DTDC plus. These are the most important documents in my life.
They told they will deliver with in 24hrs, but I did not got it . I tried continuously calling their num 011-33004444 for 3-4 hrs, no one is lifting the call, by mistake some one lifted the call.
After that they gave me another number for DTDC plus service, after calling that, a lady lift the call and asked tracking num, when I started telling, then she interrupted me, and she told someone to check my details and kept phone aside.and I was waiting waiting.i was hearing what she and group was talking.THEY ARE SERIOUSLY DISCUSSING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.LIKE "THIS CUSTOMER WARNED ME ABOUT THIS, THEY ARE ASKING ABOUT PARCEL" THAT THIS.BLAH BLAH BLAH. mean while I was talking hello hello .no one is responding.
and after 3-4mins some person took my call and gave another number. and they told my parcel will be delivered in 48hrs not 24hrs.
This is so stupid and pain full. They would have clearly before taking the parcel, that it would take 48 hrs.
And next day.same cycle.i was calling and calling for 2 hrs.some one lifted and gave me another num.and another one gave me another.Now finally I got the delivery person number.
I called him, and asked, where is my parcel.he in return asking where are you? .i told I am in home.then he told he is coming in 5mins.told me to stand down to my apartment.as he was VIP and I should welcome him.I thought this is so stupid company, they cant hire educated staff.
Later I went down, and waiting for him, after 12mins he came.AND I AM SHOCKED BY SEEING HIS GET UP.
He looks so ugly, like road side garbage cleaners with dirty clothes.
He had one old 1990’s cycle, and a big old bag hanging over.
I asked why are you late, he replied, "i can come any time till night. There is no rule to come at this time only"
HINT TO READERS OF THIS REVIEW:
PLEASE BE AWAY FROM DTDC, IF YOU ARE SENDING ORIGINAL IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.
ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO CATCH THEM, IF DELIVERY BECOMES LATE.
THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEIR REPRESENTATIVES LOOK EVEN MORE WORST, DONT KNOW FROM WHERE THEY RECRUIT SUCH STAFF.
THEY PROUDLY MENTIONED ON WEBSITE "ONE INDIA NUMBER: 33004444" BUT NO MEMBER TO LIFT TILL YOU TRY AT LEAST FOR TWO HOURS.
WASTE OF TIME AND YOU WILL GET VEXED BY TRYING THEIR NUMBER.
