I have used DTDC courier service and I am satisfied with their service .
Its trusted and economical .
Once I had send a parcel to my friend in Lucknow, it has some skin care products like Body lotion etc, the courier got struck up at Delhi airport, when I contacted their office, they asked me to talk to their Regional Director, when I talked with him and explained him every thing that it has just some body lotions and no other dangerous stuffs, he was kind enough to help me and got that parcel cleared from Delhi airport and my friend got it with in few days .So I would say their Customer service is excellent and they listen to their customers problem .
I have tried few other courier services also but I like DTDC as they are customer friendly .
