I have used various courier services in diferent kind of ocasions.Some of them were really bad like proffessional couriers, bluedart .The problem with them is that they charge heavily specifying the requirement very efficiently but the service they provide never match their promises.The very recent experience among several deliveries, was on 1st of January 2018 .I had to send my passport to Kerala on a very urgent note.I visited Dtdc branch in Kr puram, they took the document and said that it will be delievered in 3 working days based on the location.I said it should be SECURE and no compromise on the delivery methods or money, I want it to delivered IN TIME.It was taken with same seriousness as I quotedd and sent in a secure packaging, indicating it is highly confidential.That gave me big relief.I paid around Rs.325 , which I dont mind and took the bill and kept tracking.It went on well on daily basis and third day early morning it was delivered and I was so impressed by their serivices.Frankly speaking there was no chance for even one call or any talk with customer care.The entire process was smooth.thanku dtdc .I will always recommend for courier service than others
