I have couriered a document on 19 march 2013 through DTDC Courier service. I was mentioned mailing address very clearly with contact number. but after 10 days I called to DTDC customer care about my courier, he said our office boy tried to deliver 3 times but the door was closed so your courier has been returned. but there was not the same actually. they didn’t confirmed on call also, just returned my courier...
Therefore...
I would like to just inform you all, please do not post any important documents with the DTDC Courier service. Its service is very poor.
