I have send the courier last week 11th April from Bangalore to Vettaikaranputhur, pollachi. Paid Rs.200. I have been following up with the tracking system, it always showing it is in thriupoor. But some how I got the contact number of pollachi dealer to know the status.
They confirmed on 17th April that the parcel is there with them. They said because of weather and other XX reason, they will not be able to deliver until now. And the parcel is with them from past 2 days.
After that, every day I am calling them asking for the status, and they are keep on saying same word as "It will be delivered today". After 10 days over, still I am not seeing the parcel not delivered.
If I as pollachi dealer, he simply asking me to contact with the person whom ever I booked. At the minimum, they have to contact the receiver and update the status, but they not even bother to do it.
