Online tracking does not work
SMS tracking does not work
Timely delivery(don’t even dream about this)
When Called customer care, they claim that we do not know anything about online tracking.
When asked about sms tracking, they counter question "who asked you to send sms? thousands of ppl send sms daily, we do not have time to reply to all."
If this is so, why the*uck that service is kept there? I wish there were negative stars possible in rating.
