I am sick of DTDC courier however wonder why enough online shopping company’s still using them, may be they are cheaper, hence their bad service.
Website tracking is always a pain, they update very less frequently.
I receive shipped confirmation from shopping websites, and even after 2 days, the status can’t be found on dtdc website.
Their website is down most of the time.
many items couldn’t be tracked. They say contact customer care.
Customer care says contact shipper.
shipper says we have shipped, contact courier service.
This is really frustrating. They just put you in a deadlock. the only thing you can do is just wait patiently and watch hopefully, "I wish my item would arrive today". WTF is this?
