My friend delivered a important letter(official) on 29th May 2015 vide Ref number K79840449 the same is not yet delivered to my address(till 05.06.2015) as I tried to contact to customer care the number displayed 0802536xxxx the person who answered spent more time to say to dial another number in stead of listening to my complaint.
I had mailed the matter to customer care there was no reply(even after 24 hours) I sent another reminder mail for which I am yet to get reply.
As I contacted to customer care there was on Ms Kajal who said in very rude manner and asked for details including the address of dispatch(it took more time to answer her queries but as I expected a reply the phone was disconnected)
I feel the company takes things lightly. I won’t recommend this courier company to any customer.
