AWB No.: Z80850200. I booked a courier on 11th Jan for jaipur from Noida Sec-44. I thought DTDC is a trustworthy company and will deliver it in time specified (3days). But till today, 19th Jan it’s not been delivered.
I am very much dissatisfied by their service. I have mistaken myself to judge that DTDC is a good company. They have not only delayed the courier but the amount of headache they have given is unspeakable.
Furthermore, you can’t even give feedback online. It say’s "system error"I will never ever like to use this service again and I have told my networks to stop using these services.Kudos to their customer dissatisfaction.
