9 Nov was the Estimated Delivery Date but I haven’t received any product till date.

The site sent me a message that the shipment delivered on 10 nov as to what DTDC service centre informed them. So I checked the status on DTDC’ website, its still ’In-transit’ !!
Now I’m calling both DTDCs, they either don’t pick my call or say that
1) Its not been shifted from Nagpur to destined place
2) contact the delivery boy directly
3) DTDC owner is not in place right now, please contact again.
4) When i contacted the delivery boy, he says I have already delivered the product
5) when ask to give signed proof, he says its actually misplaced.
Now, its 648hs (27 days) that I’ve been regularly contacting them. But every thing is a waste.
So Guys/ Girls, please don’t buy anything from SHOPCLUES.COM or don’t book any shipment from DTDC courier.
