I booked some food items (pickels)to be sent to jaipur from chennai on 30/5. Some one called on 31/5and said pin code is wrong. Immediately over phone correct pin code was given. Today is 5/6 and the package is still not delivered. The contact number given, he wouldn’t pick up, disconnects or out of range message was all I could get. The other number he won’t pick up at all. I paid Rs 500 for this...it’s not fair. Please refund the charges for this poor service at least. I have to take the loss of the item spoiled and my labor and cost. Total waste and highly inefficient and unprofessional handling...bad service
