Very shitty service. not able to deliver express courier within 3 working days even.! Nobody is responsible. They ask to write an e-mail even if we give courier number. All are just messy and shitty. No support.
Also complaint register page is not working on DTDC site.
Even customer care executives are not responding to calls and call is getting cut after few minutes to shitty DTDC musics.!
Very bad experience.!
Support me to stop using DTDC. Let’s make some voice people.!
