This consignment was shipped on 16th from Chennai. My concerns are :
Its been 12 days and it is still not delivered.
We had to initiate a refund process as your folks in Chennai and Bhopal are clueless about my consignment.
Your courier tracking is the worst, I’ve seen that there is no update beyond 23rd.
Not sure why you have a feedback option on your site. Coz after I take the pain of providing a feedback and when I submit. Guess what I get? "We regret the problem in the services selected. Please visit after sometime"
So much for your feedback service..
