I have been using DTDC courier since many years. Recently I have sent one parcel in which Nike ladies t-shirt was there worth Rs 2, 000. On online tracking was showing that it’s reached at delivery city which is solapur(pune), after that no clue of delivery.
Person who suppose to receive parcel contacted solapur and pune dtdc office where he have been said consignment have been delivered. But he have not received it. Online tracking says it yet to be delivered. So I contacted pune office for POD(Proof of delivery) After that they updated their online tracking system to "Delivered". But even after month plus, they failed to provide me POD. Below is the details of consignment.
