DTDC is the worst courier company I have seen, pathatic services.....It takes 7-10 days for a parcel to reach mumbai from bangalore. there are multiple flights and good connectivity between all the metros in India but God know why these people take so long.
I Sent a courier from bangalore to Bhopal, ot took 10 days. for 3 days courier person was teling that they have received it from bangalore but did not deliver it to the address (everyday they used to say "today we will deliver") Their charges are high...
But services are worst. if you are sending a birthday gift for someone through DTDC then pls send 1 year before, because it will never be delivered on time....person will recieve it next year. I suggest you not to opt for DTDC at all. Spend some more amount and go for bluedart or DHL...those r better I feel.
