They took nearly 10 days to deliver the courier from Punjab to Hyderabad.They said that courier will go via flight and will be delivered in 3-4 days and they charged high, but it took more than 10 days.
There customer support doesn’t reply on repeated emails, phone calls. They delivered the goods only when I warned them about going to consumer court.I will never go with DTDC in future. Other couriers are far better and charge 1/3rd of them
