Worst service ever. They steal the item and re pack it give it. Bunch of Liars. customer service is worst. they Tell they are investigating and no answers received. Money is gone. item is gone. And they don’t give u any sort of answer. I request people do not trust ur items to be delivered .
And use of mentioning on the note the cost of the items. The money doesn’t comes back and since i sent the item for my brother for his bday and wasn’t delivered on time and the parcel was opened and repacked. Be careful and do not use DTDC services. If it does. U won’t get ur answers on where the item has gone.
