This is regarding the parcel which I sent to my uncle through DTDC couriers(Consignment No. R01320730) on 20th June, 2010 through their Ernakulam(Kerala) office. I was under the impression that the parcel has reached the destination 2-3 days. On 15th July, 2010(nearly 1 month later!), I got a call from my uncle asking whether I have send the parcel? I was shocked to hear that the parcel didn’t reach him even after one month!.
The destination DTDC office staff of their Pathanathitta(Kerala) branch didn’t even bother to contact my uncle even after 3-4 weeks!. I consider this as a pure case of plain cheating. AND would never recommend their service.
