Had some below par experiance with this courier service.ordered some item from ebay and sent through dtdc.even after 3 days from the date of shipping, the tracking service was not available for the consignment.Had to call customer care for status and that too was not a pleasant experiance.
Somehow the package arrived after lot of tension, phonecalls and anxiety.Packing was ok and item was not damaged.But Never again, with dtdc !
