Booking Not Accepted

I am an Online Seller. Yesterday (15.10.2013)i am go to Madurai Kalavasal DTDC main Branch and book Used Mobile and LED Light two different address (Kolkata, Chandigarh) Not accept My booking.booking man say electronic item not accept.then why TV, Laptop booking accept? Keep Rules on common ok.
