More than 50% of my packets never reach addressee. Returned packets are rarely returned. These people never inform that the packet is returned. They make lame excuses" premises is Locked" I have stopped using all private couriers. These courier companies should be allowed to function only after registration and Licence so that they are forced to compensate the clients for non delivery.
I think Speed post, though inconvenient due to poor services art post offices is a better option.
