I curse the day I chose dtdc over others to send courier to my native. Its 15 days now and neither the consignment reached the destination nor I am able to track it. Worst part is that I tried contacting almost 100 of dtdc contact numbers to raise complains about this but none of the numbers were picked up. Even if they were picked up they were not ready to accept there fault. Rather they dont believe I am telling them the right consignment number in spite of me quoting it from the receipt they gave to me. I have written mails to all possible mail ids provided on the website or obtained from various other sources. But none of the tactics worked and now I have no option other than to go to consumer forum but I dont think they are even afraid of this. Lets see.
Good luck to those who will be using there services in future. What I will assure that nobody in my family or in my close vicinity will ever use there service.
