I had sent a parcel under shipment # B90650134 from Bangalore to Chennai on 2nd Feb 2013 which is not yet delivered. They promised me that the parcel is transited through air so that it will be delivered on the next days itself. It’s been five days now and the parcel is not yet delivered.....
I suggest one and all not to use DTDC courier.......I called the customer service #33004444 but they never attended my call....
