First of all if you are sending a courier, be sure you won’t be able to track it afterward because there Tracking page is having Software error since last 6 to 10 months.
Moreover the Customer care number does exist but no body will pick your call. Even if they pick they will disconnect after saying hello... so use this only if you don’t care about the product.
