DTDC= The pathetic service and disgusting staff.
I have lost 2 courier delivered through them, which include vital documents. DTDC courier has a usual practice to accept all consignments promising customer of delivery and threaten the addressee to’collect or return’ from a branch office kilometers away from the addressee. I had twice experience this, one even from their branch 40 km away from the destination address. Never ever trust them on courier delivery.
An advise to DTDC Business Stake holders- This is a world of customers, if you do not take practice-corrections now, you will eventually fail your business with a bunch of annoying staff and promises not delivered.
