The worst courier company in the universe. It has been more than a fortnight, and I still don’t have a clue about my documents.
They don’t update the website, nobody receives the telephone or answer the emails, and the facebooks staff keep giving dummy assurances. Never ever use it. Use Bluedart or even some local courier instead. Last time I used a local courier and it reached Pune in two days. Big name dummy service.
