I recently had a package sent through their service, and the delay in delivery was beyond frustrating. It took weeks longer than promised for my package to finally arrive, and during that time, I was left completely in the dark about its whereabouts.
Communication from DTDC was abysmal. I attempted to track my package online, but the information provided was often outdated or simply nonexistent. When I called their customer service, I was met with long hold times and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in brushing me off than resolving my issue.
To make matters worse, when my package did finally arrive, it was in terrible condition. It had clearly been mishandled during transit, and some of its contents were damaged beyond repair. DTDC’s disregard for the proper handling of packages is appalling.
Overall, my experience with DTDC Courier Services was a complete disappointment. The delay in delivery, lack of communication, and damage to my package have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value the timely and safe delivery of your items.
