I found some good prices on accessories so ordered a handlebar which was meant for all RE models.
However, when it arrived, it wasn’t really meant for all REs like they said. The delivery itself took about 2 weeks, because the shipped the product around 8 days after I ordered.
When I figured the issue, I chased them to return the item and get a refund. They asked me to send the item back and I had to pay for the courier.
After the item was delivered, they took another 3 days to confirm the return received. However, when I asked for my refund, they asked me to send order ID and gpay number on WhatsApp on some new number. After that have gone silent on all channels - mail, call, whatsapp
Multiple issues here:
Misleading products - And they also asked me to adjust with what their product
Delivery timelines are very very late
No return pickup Facility
No refund on returned products
Tracking info on their site is misleading
I have stopped trying for my refund but want everyone to be aware of this shady business.
