There is this really ‘hatke’ site on web, I came to know abt. Its called dumblaws.com. Its has collection of most ‘intelligent’ laws made in US of A.

- A law to reduce crime states: "It is mandatory for a motorist with criminal intentions to stop at the city limits and telephone the chief of police as he is entering the town.
QSB’s Comment : “Hello Officer, this is QSB. I m about to kill this chap at 11.30 sharp, . U may pls take necessary action at your earliest. Bye, have a nice day…..”
- Not only is it illegal to have sex with the lights on, one may not have sex in any position other than missionary.
QSB’s Comment : “ Man on a Mission ? Aho ! now one knows, how religious those three n fore letter words are… !”
- Its is illegal to milk another person’s cow.
(Huh !! What the hell does that mean ??)
- Illegal for a woman to drive a car unless there is a man either running or walking in front of it waving a red flag to warn approaching motorists and pedestrians.
QSB’s Comment : I would like to know, how many got ‘shaheed’ before this law came into practice. I would also like u ppl to use ur creativity n imagine how interesting the scene shapes out…..
- It is a capital offense to inadvertently kill someone while attempting suicide.
QSB’s Comment : I feel like saluting the man who made this law. Where is this intelligent man, bring him pls, I m dying to acknowledge this man’s intelligence.
Policeman may bite a dog to quiet him.
QSB’s Comments : Dharam paaji is famous there also – ‘Kutte main tera khoon pee jaounga……’
Having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal.
(porcupine noun [C] ; an animal with a protective covering of long sharp quills ( stiff needle-like hairs) on its back )

And Finally, this is the most interesting one :
One may not pee in his neighbor’s mouth. (Champaign, Illinois)
I wonder how many people had to commit that act before it became unlawful. I also wonder how many people try to play stupid and say "It’s not pisss, it’s champagne. Is that’s how the town got it’s name?

The Owner ( couldn’t found them out ) changed the name to Dumb Laws when they purchased the domain name ‘dumblaws.com’ in December, 1998.
