When you think of dunkin donuts, you think of yummy donuts, with fresh coffee and a nice burger by the side and sitting with friends and enjoying the whole time.
But this Connaught place branch has made it a hell of an experience for the customers.
I had visited 2 months ago for the first time to the branch with some friends(as we were tired of shopping in CP). We all where hungry and wanted a nice snack. Having the impression of yummy dunkin food, we went to this branch, not even imagining what was about to come.
The only problem In this heated weather is that you can’t have a cup of coffee or a hot donut or a hot burger in hot climate.
This dunkin is soo poorly maintained that they didn’t have proper air-conditioning.
The way we came inside, from the hot sunlight. We felt a much more humid environment inside dunkin.
Asking for turning on the AC, the executive told us that it is already On and it’s facing some problem in running. And apologized for the inconvenience.
We all ordered what all we wanted to. But no one like having a thing there as the ambience and heat was at its worst.
This experience wasn’t a judgement of the branch untill I again went to the same branch just 2 days back and IT WAS THE SAME! As we left 2 months back. Again the executive was saying the same thing he told earlier.
In order to save electricity or maintenance costs this dunkin has been in the wrong direction which is spoiling the brand’s reputation.
