The first day I stepped into the Dunkin’ Donuts outlet in Paschim Vihar, I was disappointed because of the food. The ambiance was lovely, however the food wasn’t so great but things changed on our second time around.
Better service and properly filled burgers won over our hearts and the Dunkin’ Donuts in Paschim Vihar went from the black list to the visit-again list. It’s good to see places that take their customer feedback seriously and actually work on it. And ever since then no problems were faced by us at the Paschim Vihar outlet. The service has been speedy, the staff has been courteous and the food has always been excellent.
I’d recommend having the Tough Guy Burger but be warned , it is slightly spicy.Their dunkaccinos are too good to pass up but they generally add less sugar (to suit everyone’s needs) and so you just need to go up to the counter and ask them to add more sugar and they’ll happily mix more for you. The donuts I just can’t get enough of are Death by Chocolate and Alive by Chocolate, as you can guess, I’m a chocoholic.
This one of the few eateries that I’d give a complete 5 star rating as their service, food and attitude towards customers is simply amazing as compared to a few other eateries.
