Dunzo service was really bad. I had ordered 3 times for one purchase. First they said the restaurant won’t deliver the order and that to waiting for 1 hour then next time driver was not able to pay amount then next time driver reached so late that the shop got closed. Firstly I think you guys should have a connect with your connected restaurants or shops so that customer should choose well before all these problems and second proper connection with your drivers. They themselves don’t know properly what they have to do and payments issues are also there. I feel like never ordering from Dunzo again and I will surely suggest others not to use your service if this continues. I suggest to consider this for your betterment.
