First they dont give u a clarity of the delivery charge.they charged me twice for the same delivery and blocked me from using their service coz they were asking for the third time payment for the same delivery which I didnt agree to.it took almost a months time to resolve this.best is until one pays the customer service is very active and after that they dont reply for weeks.
again I have to pay them x amt in which delivery has been charged twice and they havnt replied even once inspite of pinging them every single day twice.with this pathetic customer service not sure how long wud they survive.on the other hand if they work on their customer service they cud do wonders.gud luck to them with the worst costumer service experienced ever.
