What Happened to Philip?

Godly, owner of Goldilock’s Catering, caters a brunch for the Elk Park Prep School. Philip Miller, a man Goldy has been seeing for the past month asks to meet Goldy after she is done serving brunch. As Goldy is following Philip, he begins driving erratically until he ends up crashing into a bus.

This book finds Goldy trying to find out what happened to Philip, dealing with Tom Schulz, a homicide investigator who really likes Goldy, Arch, her son who wants to go live with his dad and attempting to discover who will go to any lengths to stop her from looking into Philip’s death.

Each of Diane Mott Davidson’s books have recipes of some of the dishes mentioned in each book. If you feel like chocolate, try Scout’s Brownies or with summer coming up, make up a batch of Dijon Pasta Salad. The recipes are just as good as the book itself.
