According to my worst experience from Dynamic Motors does not deserve good rating. I have purchased TVS Apache 160 in January 2018. They sold me that bike which I have taken test ride. I had objected for this but the sales person Mr. Bharat Sharma said me that there is no any problem in this bike. After 3 or 4 days of purchasing bike, I started facing problems. My bike was not assembled properly. Center Stand stopper was missed so I had purchased this at first service of my bike. Some annoying sound was producing from speedo meter sensor during bike ride. I have complained all my problems in the first service on 03/02/2018. Next day of first service I found battery locker screw was missing. For speedo meter sensor sound issue, I had to complain 3 times. They changed bearing of front wheel, speedo meter sensor as well. But after around 2 months, same problem is occured. From one month, fuel indicator is not working properly. For this issue I had to go to service center 4 times. Today I was gone service center for fuel indicator issue, their staff have misbehaved with me so rudely. He told me rudely, you can’t stand nearby your bike whereas other people were stand there! Their management is very poor. The way of talking is not customer friendly. At the time of 3rd service, I had express booking but they hand overed my bike after around 2 hour 25 minutes. No meaning for express booking. I will never recommend anybody to buy any TVS product from Dynamic Motors Pvt. Ltd. and I am damn sure they had sold me defective item. Regret to buy TVS bike! I have yamaha FZS as well and am very with that.
