Dear friends, I have been working as a seo consultant in this company.They are not providing hikes.Working hours is also so high.I spent almost 13 hours in office every day.So I have decided to change my job.They are not releasing me like not offering my experience certificate etc.
Salary and benefits - Average Salary provided that too credited in you acount 10th of every month.Very lat.No hikes and benefits you can do work like as a daily wager.
Job Security - Job security is good because they are utilizing the people more for their growth with low salaries.
Career Growth - No growth in this company.
Work Environment - They are provided with good ambience.
My suggestion is for freshers you can join for gaining experience.Experience people I cant suggest.
