I am not going to rant long msg here but in simple words, if u are thinking about using these guys for any travel bookings …. DONT JUST DONT!
We used these guys to book for my brother this tickets back home to Canada from india and right now… at this minute my brother is stuck at the Indian airport coz these dxxxx didn’t do the right booking or have the knowledge of and didn’t get the Schengen visa they need for their transit through the European countries !!! So now at this hour, 05:06hrs my brother and his kids are stuck trying to get this visa because their flight home is at 7am.
Don’t, don’t ever do the mistake of using easemytrip! These guys are garbage!
