I request people not to book any tickets or tour packages from Easemytrip.
I had a very terrible experience with them.
They are thieves, lairs and fraud people.
They cheat their customers.They have hired Fraud agents to fool you.
Terrible customer care - provides assurances and never lives up to it.
They are completely fake and the customer service is horrible.
Their staff is quite rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional. Customer support executives are so bad and so pathetic.Please don’t trust them.
I am a frequent traveler and for the first time I booked a complete package for Singapore City, Singapore Cruise and Kuala Lumpur from New Delhi for October 2018 from them I literally had the worst experience ever. I went to them with a huge reference and they didn’t even acknowledge that.
I was in touch with - Nitesh Gupta, Sakshi Bhushan, Rahul Kumar, Naresh Verma, Vikas Jain, Prakhar Yadav from their team and trust me all of them are big time frauds.
If you value your money, don’t ever book from them.
