If 10 reviews are not good enough here is another one.

This is the worst booking site ever, I had booked a flight ticket from their site. Money did get deducted from my account. and I got an email that your ticket is unconfirmed because the price has changed. I had an emergency so I booked a ticket from another website. Then later I called them up to cancel my ticket. I was assured that ill get my money back. It has been 16 days numerous emails and phone calls but I am yet to get my money back.

I urge every body not to book any tickets from this site. If I dont get my money back in a few days I would be filing a complaint against them in consumer court. Do let me know if any body want to do the same.
