I bought an emergency ticket online when my grand mother expired- flight time was 5:15 am the next day. I bought the ticket online on their website for 6441 rs. A csr- sunil called me after 2 hours and said "madam sorry to inform you that there is a 2300 price difference" please pay if you still want to go on the flight else we will cancel your booking.
I tried to reason with him that i will only pay the listed price and not the differential- he said there was a mistake with the fare online. Its not my problem if u listed it wrong .original listed price was 6441 rs. The csr wanted me to pay 8741 rs for the same. Ridiculous!!! Never in my life have i seen people ripping off others in their face.
Please don’t buy your tickets on this website. They are tricksters and rip off innocent travellers who have a need like me. I have decided to file a legal suit- anyone who faced a similar situation.
