I am a regular customer of East Delicious. They have incredible food, ambience etc. every ingredient that makes a restaurant so special. Well, the first time I was here I thought its just another Chinese restaurant. But voila! It was a damn good experience. I am going to go through four different categories to review them. Hope you are with me through the review.
The food and presentation is second to none. Generally, they have a lot of quantity with cost. The taste of the food feels so rich. Almost equivalent to the actual origin of the Chinese Dishes. There are lots and lots of selections you will find in the menu both for Veg and Non-Veg. I would prefer people who are Non- Veg to try these more to enjoy the quality and versatility of food they provide. Well that’s completely my opinion. Vegans can also tryout if they are open to exploring. The Presentation has got better over the months. The place has been renovated after it was small. The way it is served is quite nice. It can be better though.
Ambience is the one of the key attractions of East Delicious. The environment, the walls, the lighting and the music is like you are in a Retro Chinese Street with awesome taste of music. As they say music makes the food more tastier. They play good music all the time and even there are exclusive tracks on special occasions. It’s also a place for passionate musicians. The lighting consists of traditional red lighting and china ball lights which adds up to the overall environment.
Customer Service is also one of the key features that helps a lot for the restaurant to run. The people are very much down to earth. They will always listen to your queries. There was even a time when a new guy took a wrong order. They immediately changed it and didn’t ask for money. That’s what I call a good customer care with no fuss. Although in this point I want to add that while home delivery it can be better as it takes a bit more time than usual home deliveries. The quantity of food they offer while going there feels a little more in comparison to home delivery.
It is one of the rarest restaurants in Bangalore who provide incredible value for money offerings. Two people can be full within Rs.250 approximately. They have quality and quantity just about right. They are crowded in the weekends due to all the points which I mentioned above. It is an excellent place to go if you love Chinese. I promise you that if you try it for once. You are going to comeback again.
