What I have seen that people who keeps on cribbing all the time are the people who are the biggest disaster for there own life. there own career and there own future.
I have a office in Udyog Vihar phase 5 and I am live witness of the growth Journey of Eastman.
by last year initial months of 2015 the company had only one middle size office in which they were running the entire operations.and now by end of 2016.I am seeing that Eastman has expended itself to three good sized building with Udyog Vihar phase 5.
The number of employees has triplled up till now within an year and the companies revenue and brand presence has grown several times.
I have heard that senior employees from Philips, Samsung, Exide and Amaron are getting attracted towards the prospects and vision of the organisation and some of them are now part of Eastman.
I’ll not disclose my name but I have met Mr.Goutam ( GM - Strategy) atleast 4 times and I have found him highly energetic, knowledgeble, intelligent, focussed and person with ’never to say’ die attitude. I have seen him working late in night and coming too early even. Each time I talk to him .all our discussions remained centered around how to retain good talent, how to upgrade the leadership qualities of our people, how to contribute towards the growth agenda of our natuon, how to give back to society.
Everytime I talk to him over some casual discussion over a tea, I find myself more aware with the way how to carry business. his ideas are great and his thoughts are several times ahead of what we middle sized manufacturers thinks.
The growth of Eastman is a live expamle of the amount of effort they ( Mr. Goutam and its promoter) must be putting toward realisation of there growth agendas. He is certainly a great asset for Eastman and I am sure that Eastman will reach great height under his efforts and the vision of its promoter.
Writing negative comments without understanding of the company and the postive efforts they are making for a better society is a wrong approach and I warn these negative caricatures to get lost.
I assure all of them who frame opinion/assumptions based on negative comments available around, to meet these people once and see there working environment and there thought processess before taking any decision.
Might be we are missing some of the oppurtunities of a life time by having an opinion created from thought process based on some baseless assumptions.
I wish Eastman. Mr Goutam and its Promoter all the best for their endeavour.
