4th December 2015 I tried booking cab on this 02244334433 they said within 15mins they will revert with a number on sms after 15mins no confirmation so called up second time to check the status then he gave me the number handy of the driver. I called up on driver cell he says I have cancelled your booking and taken up some airport ka drop as it was urgent to him. I called up again on easy cabs number he said will book another but they couldn’t find any cab for me.
My nightmare started when they started sending me the cab details sms till now I have received more than 500 sms called up customer care no one helps in name of technical error. Sms have drained my battery and sms are still going on. People in call centre are fxxxxxx rude and disc the line.
So people don’t book ever a ride from easycab please don’t call them they don’t know how to talk to a client also.
