I have booked easycab for going from LBS Nagar (Old Airport Rd) to Jayanagar 9th Block in morning to go at evening 7pm. My brother had to catch a VRL bus from there at 8:00pm. Operator has taken the request and I got a confirmation SMS.
But at 6:50pm, I got a SMS saying that cab is not available. It was very bad. Finally after struggling for 15 minutes, we got one auto and my brother reached Jayanagar at 8:05pm. Fortunately, bus was still waiting for him.
I called EasyCabs again and shouted at them. He just told "sorry" and started arguing that they have sent SMS 30minute back !! . He then said he will raise a complaint and someone from EasyCab will call me again within 24 hours to give me the explanation.
But even after 1 week, till now no one has called me :(
I suggest everyone not to go for EasyCab.
