This operator immediately confirms the pick but will send a sms half hour before the journes that due to’Technical’ difficulty they cant come and pick you up.
I had a flight to catch 9:45 am in Mumbai so I had booked this cab at 7:30 am from mulund to domestic airport. They sent me sms at 7:10 am that they cant come due to Technical Error.
My family was travelling with me and I had an infant. So I had to rush to the road and luckily managed to get a normal black-yellow taxi and although he overcharged me but luckily got our flight on time.
