Last Friday Ibooked a EasyCab. I got the SMS saying "Dear Guest, Your booking id for dt12 Jun 09 2215 is 1997; Thank for your choosing EasyCabs.". But I have notgot the cab. I called twice (9.45 pm and 10.10 pm) one lady told that within(and maximum) ten minutes Cab will come for pick up. But I have not got anycab. I asked that lady for drivers contact number but she ignored. I thinkwhen the idiot told about "Ten Minutes", still they did not arrangedany cab.
Meru Cab alsocanceled a few times their booking, but they informed at least half an hour before. It can beaccepted some extend. That is why, I and my entire friend circle have decided not tocall this liarcab anymore. And they all are so liar; I understand why theirdriver called "Hartal".
